"Excellent food and the waitress was very polite and helpful. Highly recommend the tuna. They were kind enough to split the portion on two plates, so you only see a half portion in this picture. The flan was also spectacular. High grade ingredients. The tomato salad with tuna was wonderful and fresh. Thank you!"

"Delicious food! They speak a little bit of English and have English menus, not perfect translation but I’m grateful. Our meals were amazing. Opens at 9pm though so be aware. We got there around 8:30 and walked around Calle de Laurel and got one tapa and a glass of wine. Our entrees and one glass of wine was only $50!"

"Busy, traditional white cloth restaurant in the heart of Logroño's restaurant district serving traditional local dishes. Owned and managed by Alberto Andrés, Restaurante Iruña has over fifty years of trading. It is a popular spot amongst locals and tourists so reservations are highly recommended. The salchichon asado (12.50 Euros) with red peppers was yummy and highly recommended as a starter. The chuleton de vaca (49.00 Euros) is a wonderful main if you are after some tasty local flavour. The torrija (7.50 Euros), a traditional local dessert (French toast equivalent) is a great choice. While you end up paying a premium compared to other similar restaurants in town, Iruña is a great spot for lunch or dinner."

"Las mejores pochas con almejas que he comido nunca las cocinan aqui, las almejas no aportaban nada al guiso que pedimos, caldo espesito, cantidad grnerosa y sabor de 9,75. Ademàs acompañado de piparras. Despuès pedimos costillas de lechal y costillar de cabrito al horno, todo muy bueno aunque superar las pochas era imposible."

"Little gem located in the heart of Logroño, La Rioja capital . Famous for great denominación de Origen “Rioja “wines . Had a great time here . Great service and delicious food . Place was full . I recommend making reservations. We ordered lots of food to try different dishes .Their homemade croquettes were tasty. Also the braised ox tail was for me one of the best so tastefully and tender . The cabrito dish also delicious . Home made desserts all A1 . For wine we had a couple bottles of Rioja Azpilicueta crianza great combination with meat dishes . Definitely a nice place to try if you’re ever on the area . Big parking lot close by ."
